Raah Teach is operated by Raah Solutions, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. These Terms govern your use of raahteach.com and all related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Raah Teach ("the Platform"), creating an account, enrolling in a session, purchasing content, or using the AI Tutor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users — students, parents, tutors, and visitors. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent before using paid features.
3. Accounts & Registration
To access most features, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your account with others
- Raah Teach reserves the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activity
- You must be at least 13 years old to register
- Users under 18 require parental consent for paid transactions
4. Tutor Obligations
Tutors on Raah Teach agree to the following when they register and publish content:
- Provide accurate information about qualifications, experience, and expertise
- Deliver sessions professionally and on time
- Not plagiarise content from third parties
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws including IT Act 2000
- Not contact students outside the platform for financial transactions
- Accept that Raah Solutions may review, moderate, or remove content that violates policies
Raah Solutions may terminate tutor accounts and withhold earnings if fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating behaviour is detected.
5. Student & User Conduct
As a user of the platform, you agree not to:
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute paid video content or AI Tutor output without permission
- Harass, abuse, or threaten tutors or other users
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Attempt to circumvent payment by arranging off-platform transactions
- Use automated bots or scripts to access platform content
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract AI Tutor's underlying model or data
6. AI Tutor — Terms of Use
The Raah AI Tutor is an AI-powered educational assistant that delivers lectures, answers questions, and generates quizzes. Users must understand:
- The AI Tutor requires registration and is not available to unregistered users
- AI-generated content is educational in nature and should be verified for exam-critical accuracy
- You may not attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce AI lecture content for commercial redistribution
- Raah Solutions does not guarantee specific learning outcomes from AI Tutor use
- AI Tutor conversations may be reviewed for quality and safety improvement purposes
The AI Tutor is not a replacement for professional academic advice. For exam-critical content, always verify with a qualified human tutor.
7. Payments & Refunds
All transactions on Raah Teach are final unless a specific exception applies. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. By making a purchase, you acknowledge:
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payment is processed securely through third-party gateways
- Raah Teach is not liable for failures caused by the payment gateway
- Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including the Raah Teach name, logo, design, AI Tutor, and curated materials — is the property of Raah Solutions. Tutor-uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the respective tutor, licensed to Raah Solutions for display on the platform.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without written permission
- Downloading books and notes is permitted only for personal, non-commercial study use
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Raah Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
- Actions of independent tutors on the platform
- Technical outages, data loss, or interruptions beyond our control
- Inaccurate content provided by tutors or AI Tutor
Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Raah Solutions reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without notice — for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Access to all purchased content may be revoked for serious violations
- Pending tutor earnings may be forfeited if the account was suspended for fraud
- Users may appeal termination decisions by emailing support@raahsolutions.in
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
